Who I Am...

I am a 43y.o. Masters Athlete and currently the 2007 Masters World Champion at 400mH. I'm just trying to keep up to date with Track & Field so I have joined this site to see what I can learn. What are your PR's for the flat and hurdle races? I'm 6' 3.5" and 173 lbs.  Would I be a good 400 hurdler?
